Rev for OS 4.x is on its way

We have submitted a fix for the latest rev of the iPhone OS (4.x) to apple and are awaiting approval.

For phones that have been upgraded to 4.x, GolfTraxx will not work for courses that have extras.

Please refer to the courses page to see which courses in your area have/don't have extras, and keep up the feedback.  Thanks!!!!!

WE ARE HIRING!!!!!

GolfTraxx, Inc. is a 5 year old golf GPS application software company that makes the GolfTraxx GPS mobile GPS Application. We provide golfers a Golf GPS application for GPS enabled smart phones (iPhones, Blackberry, Windows Mobile, PalmOS & Pocket PC). We have over 100,000 users in over 70 countries worldwide and ~ 3,500 mapped courses.


We are currently hiring ~50 sales reps or teams to promote the GolfTraxx Golf GPS application and a newly developed advertising platform to golf courses across the US. The GolfTraxx advertising platform is designed to drive more golfers to the golf courses in the GolfTraxx community. These are true work-from-home opportunities that allow the right person (or couples) to combine their love of golf with a revenue generating opportunity.


These are commission only jobs that requires the ability to:
  1. Research local golf courses, ensure that the course data is in the GolfTraxx database (we have over 25,000 courses so far)
  2. Map the course using a proprietary online tool if it has not been mapped (this takes about 15 minutes if you know the course layout)
  3. Call the course to promote the GolfTraxx advertising platform
  4. Deliver the value proposition to the decision maker and ask for their business
What are we looking for in a good rep or team?
  1. A LOVE for the game of golf
  2. A deep desire and ability to talk golf as well as our innovative advertising platform to course management
  3. A GPS enabled smartphone (you have to know what you are talking about)
  4. The desire to generate sales and make commissions on your sales
  5. Strong computer literacy
  6. Exceptional communications skills
  7. The ability to work in a dynamic environment as we build out new products and services
A good rep should be able to map over 20 course per day, call 30 - 50 courses per day and ultimately close 2 - 4 sales per day. A sales team (couples are HIGHLY encouraged to apply) should be able to do more. We offer a generous sales commission program that pays for performance on a DAILY basis using PayPal.


These are commission only opportunities (1099 contractor).
